At Warmor, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending the item back.

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns caused by damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with photos or videos showing the issue.
